Thin Section Four Point Contact Ball Bearings (X type)
The Thin Section Four Point Contact Ball Bearings are capable of supporting double direction axial and radial load, and certain tilting torque. This type of bearings is generally used for the horizontal installation.
There are two centers of the raceway radius on each side of the raceway and both deviate from the centerline of the steel balls, which enables the thin-section four-point contact ball bearings (X Type) to form four-point contact between the raceway and steel balls. Like the A-Type bearings and the C-Type bearings, the X-Type bearings have the same depth of the groove, which is the 25% of the diameter of the steel ball. The Four Point Bearings can carry radial load and axial load in double directions, which is like the back-to-back combination of a pair of the A-Type bearings; therefore, one Four Point Ball Bearing can replace the two Angular Contact Ball Bearings.
Product Range
The bore diameters of our Angular Contact Bearing range from 1.000 inch to 40.000inch. Series range from 0.1875 X 0.1875 inch to 1.000 X 1.000 inch in cross section. In these series, the material of rings could be GCr15 and stainless.
