HCRBH crossed roller bearing series

HSX crossed roller bearing series(outer ring division type with inner rotating, thin section),this type has smaller section than HRB series. Due to the extremely thin structure, there is no mounting holes on the outer ring and the inner ring, so the model requires a presser flange or housing. Crossed roller bearings are very rigid, have high running accuracy and are supplied with normal clearance, low clearance or preload. Preloaded bearings have the suffix VSP. The bearing outer rings are easily fixed to the adjacent construction using clamping rings.

HXU series Crossed roller bearing(Integrated Inner/Outer Ring Type)The mounting holes of HXU series are provided, this model does not require a presser flange or housing. In addition, because it has an integrated inner/outer ring structure and is equipped with washers, its performance is minimally affected by the mounting procedure, ensuring stable rotation accuracy and torque. XU series can be used for both inner-ring rotation and outer-ring rotation.

HCRB/HCRBC crossed roller bearing standard type is a bearing with thinnest possible inner and outer rings because the outer ring is split while the inner ring is integrated into the main body.

The steep-angle tapered geometry makes the effective span of the bearing much greater than the width of the bearing itself. Crossed tapered roller bearings can carry high overturning moment, thus they are widely used in large hobbling machine, industrial robot, high speed vertical lathe, high precision working table, vertical boring machine, and spindle of grinding machine etc.
