HGT Slewing Bearings

The HGT Slewing Bearings include Four-Point Contact Ball Slewing Bearings, Crossed Roller Slewing Bearings, and Three-Row Roller Slewing Bearings. Designed for large axial, radial, and moment loads, they ensure smooth rotation and reliable performance in heavy-duty and precision applications such as cranes, excavators, wind turbines, and industrial robots.

Difference between Three Types of Slewing Bearings (Four-Point Contact Ball, Crossed Roller, and Three-Row Roller Type)

  • Four-Point Contact Ball Slewing Bearings feature a single-row ball structure with four-point contact between balls and raceways, capable of carrying combined axial and radial loads with medium torque.

  • Crossed Roller Slewing Bearings use cylindrical rollers arranged in a cross pattern, offering high stiffness, precision, and the ability to withstand large moment loads with compact structure.

  • Three-Row Roller Slewing Bearings have three independent rows of rollers, providing the highest load capacity and rigidity, ideal for heavy-duty equipment such as port cranes and mining machinery.
