The high-end large rollers are made of GCr15SiMn and G20Cr2Ni4A that meet the requirements of national standards, with a hardness of HRC58-64, and are carried out in strict accordance with relevant national standards.

US HG Tech can customize various types and sizes of high-end large rollers based on your needs. The manufacturing range is between Ф10 and Ф200. According to the requirements of national standards, the tolerance of roller diameter is 0.005mm, the length tolerance is 0.02mm, the surface roughness is Ra0. 25, and the surface roughness after super precision <Ra0.05. The accuracy of rollers can reach grade I, grade II and grade III. It can also provide super precision and convex roller processing.
